out-of-context madness anyway. Every once in a while, someone on
alt.anagrams presents a strange phrase and asks people to figure out what
common phrase it's an anagram of. After figuring out the answer, I like
to come up with less plausible alternatives. Several of the anagrams
here were the fruit of such silly efforts.
Note that the anagrams that are new since my last update will be marked as such (they are not necessarily at the top).
